STOP: Before registering for Remote Testing, parents/guardians must read, sign, and return the Parent Guardian Remote Testing Agreement by March 31. Mr. Harwood sent the form via ParentSquare on Wednesday, February 18. You may also locate the form in our newsletter on our Website's Home Page beginning Monday, February 23. 

Please return the form to [email protected] by March 31. Once LVS receives the agreement, you will receive a code to register for Remote test times.

LVS will email the test links and information before the test date.

Grade levels register for the following number of testing times:

Grades 3, 4, 6, 7, and 10

Please Select Two (2) test times

Grades 5 and 8

Please select three (3) test times

Grade 11

Please select one (1) test time
